We offer a complimentary 30-day return policy with free return shipping via FedEx or UPS for all U.S. orders. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days—no questions asked and with no restocking fee. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll provide the insured return shipping label along with any required commercial invoices or customs documentation to make the process simple—only the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

To return an item, simply follow the steps below:
1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@benzdiamonds.com.
2. Let us know that you wish to return your order.
3. Within one business day, we will email you detailed return instructions and how to securely package your item.
4. Drop off your order at the nearest FedEx, UPS, or USPS location. If you need packaging materials, they will assist you.
5. All refunds will be processed within two business days to the original payment method.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Items sent to our office without a return authorization number, items shipped beyond the 30-day return window, or packages that are improperly packed or uninsured will be refused.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused” condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items showing signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Benz & Co will not be accepted.

Lifetime Warranty

All of our diamond jewelry is crafted using the highest quality materials and inspected before shipment. Once received, you may have it professionally cleaned and inspected locally. Most jewelry stores offer steam cleaning and prong inspection services at no charge, regardless of where the item was purchased.

We warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If an issue arises due to a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the issue is from normal wear and tear, we offer repairs at cost. You may also send your item to our office for free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning for the life of your Benz & Co jewelry.

Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program

Any diamond purchased from Benz & Co is eligible for our Lifetime Upgrade Program. You may exchange your original diamond for one that is at least twice its value and receive 100% credit of your original purchase. The diamond must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original lab grading certificate.

Free Domestic & International Shipping

Benz & Co Diamonds provides complimentary, fully insured shipping via FedEx or UPS Second Day Air within the United States and to over 40 international destinations. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Once your order is ready, your jewelry will be carefully packaged in our signature pink box and placed inside a FedEx or UPS shipping box for discreet and secure delivery. You’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Every package is fully insured until it arrives safely at its destination.

For added convenience, you may choose to have your order delivered to a nearby FedEx location for pickup—this option is available at checkout.

If you prefer overnight delivery or need expedited shipping, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In-store pickup is also available for any item purchased online or in person.

Shipping to a Different Address

If you’d like to ship to a different address—such as your workplace—that’s absolutely fine. Just ensure that the alternate address is on file with your credit card company to avoid any delays due to fraud protection.

Military Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping to APO and FPO addresses for military personnel stationed overseas via USPS. Please note that delivery times may vary and can take up to three weeks.

International Orders

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, and over 200 other international destinations via FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Expedited. All shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. Duties and taxes vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
