Since jewelry is often given for another special occasions, we ensure that we are extremely flexible to help you to create wonderful surprises. We can ship to the nearest FedEx location and have the package securely held for you to pick, if addition we can also ship to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.
Need it fast? Upgraded overnight service is available upon request at a small fee. We ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority. Delivery times are dependent on the country’s customs. Clients are responsible for duties and taxes. Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge via USPS.

All of our diamonds are 100% real, we carry both natural mined diamonds and lab grown diamonds as well. Every ring comes with diamond certification as well as an appraisal document for insurance purposes.
DO YOUR ITEM COMES WITH CERTIFICATES AND APPRAISALS?
Every item we sell comes with a full detailed certificate of authenticity which is also an appraisal for insurance purposes, furthermore most rings come with a diamond report by one of the leaders gemological laboratories (GIA, EGI and IGI) depending on the ring of choice.
DO YOU CHARGE TAX FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Value added tax (VAT) is charged to all international clients by your local customs or duties office. VAT charges are based on the location of the recipient. Please contact your local FedEx office to find out the exact rate charged at the time of delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED BY YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?
The lifetime warranty on your jewelry covers services like cleaning, polishing, prong tightening and rhodium plating -- all at manufacturer cost price only.
However, along with our lifetime warranty, it is important to have your jewelry insured in the event of loss, damage or theft. DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE APPRAISALS?
Yes. Every finished engagement ring or piece of fine jewelry will be accompanied by a full insurance valuation appraisal document.

That's no problem, either. We offer free ring resizing for up to 60 days after your purchase. Even better, we'll send the newly-resized ring back to you, for free, via FedEx 2-Day service.

Measuring Your Finger
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. Finger size changes depending on the time of day and the weather. For best results measure your finger size:
1. At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (Fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold.)
2. Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.
Avoid using string or paper to measure ring size as these materials can stretch or twist, yielding an inaccurate measurement.
Women’s rings typically range from size 3.5 to 9. The most common women’s ring sizes range from size 5-7. Size 6 being the most popular ring size.
Men’s rings typically range from size 8 to 14. The most common men’s ring size range from size 8-10-½. Size 9 being the most popular ring size.

International Size Conversion
If ordering from outside of the US or Canada, determine your ring size according to your country’s standard. Then use the International Ring Size Chart to convert to the corresponding US ring size to place your order.
WHAT ARE CONFLICT-FREE DIAMONDS?
Benz & Co, along with the global diamond industry, has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds.
Through measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
Conflict diamonds are diamonds illegally traded to fund conflict in war-torn areas, particularly in central and western Africa. The United Nations (UN) defines conflict diamonds as "...diamonds that originate from areas controlled by forces or factions opposed to legitimate and internationally recognized governments, and are used to fund military action in opposition to those governments, or in contravention of the decisions of the Security Council." These diamonds are sometimes referred to and better known as "blood diamonds."
Conflict diamonds captured the world's attention during the extremely brutal conflict in Sierra Leone in the late 1990s. During this time, it is estimated that conflict diamonds represented approximately 4% of the world's diamond production. Illicit rough diamonds have also been used by rebels to fund conflicts in Angola, Liberia, Ivory Coast, the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of Congo (also known as Congo Brazzaville). Today, the flow of conflict diamonds has been reduced considerably to less than 1%.
All Benz diamonds are warranted to be conflict free.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.
Many customers purchasing items valued over $1,000 prefer paying via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders receive a 1.5% discount from our listed price. Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions once they have completed the check-out process. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. At our sole discretion, we may require bank wire payment for any international order or orders that exceed $20,000.
Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. For security purposes, Benz & Co may request additional documentation (such as driver's license, photocopy of credit card, etc).

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY APO'S?
Yes. We will gladly mail your purchase to any military APO using the US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please note: registered mail shipments are fully insured and can take up to three weeks for delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand behind every item we sell and we want you to experience total satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Many retailers charge a restocking fee for returns; we don't charge you a cent.
DO YOU HAVE AN UPGRADE POLICY?
Yes. Any diamond can be exchanged for 100% credit towards a new purchase valued at least 2x the original amount. The diamond being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document. We can also remodel most rings to accommodate the new diamond for a minimal charge.
