We also provide ongoing eligible jewelry-care services, including prong inspection and tightening, professional cleaning and polishing, and other qualifying maintenance services.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, and loss or damage to the center diamond are not covered by the manufacturing warranty. We recommend maintaining a separate jewelry insurance policy for those risks.

Eligible center diamonds purchased from Benz & Co Diamonds can receive 100% credit of their original purchase price toward a new diamond priced at least twice the original diamond's price.
The original diamond must be returned in its original condition with its original laboratory grading report.
Natural diamonds may be upgraded toward natural diamonds, and lab-grown diamonds may be upgraded toward lab-grown diamonds.
