90-Day Free Resizing

Every ring order includes one free resizing at the time of purchase. In addition, if the size is still not quite right, we offer one additional free resizing within 90 days of receiving your ring.

·       U.S. customers: Free return shipping is included.

·       International customers: We will provide a prepaid, insured shipping label at cost.

Important Notes on Resizing

·       During resizing, small amounts of metal are added or removed to achieve the correct size. This may make your ring slightly thicker or thinner, though the difference is generally minimal. Each resized ring is inspected by our quality assurance team to ensure it meets our high standards.

·       Some rings cannot be resized due to design limitations, size restrictions, or if they fall outside of the recommended range.

·       Within our 30-day return policy, you will not be charged if your ring needs to be remanufactured in a different size. After 30 days, if a full remake is required, we will notify you in advance of any charges before proceeding.

What rings cannot be resized?

· Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design, but they can be exchanged under our 30-day policy.

· Custom, modified, and engraved rings can be resized but are subject to resize fees.

Instructions:

1.     Email us at sales@benzdiamonds.com , We will email a return shipping authorization number and provide a free FedEx return shipping label.

2.     Pack Your Jewelry.Place your jewelry back in the original packaging.

a.     If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Place the small FedEx Priority box inside a medium FedEx Priority box.

b.     Make sure promotional gift(s) with purchase are included. 

c.     Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes.

d.     Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box (information can be found in your return confirmation email).

e.     Affix the FedEx label to the outside of the box.

3.     Return Your Package.

a.     Find a FedEx Staffed location by first searching for your zip code and then filtering to “Shipping assistance.”

b.     Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped – this receipt will act as proof of insurance. Benz & Co Diamonds and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx Staffed locations.

 

Please note, full insurance is guaranteed when you use our free shipping label and follow packaging instructions – including double boxing your return package.

 

 

Resizing After the 90-Day Free Period

After the 90-day free resizing period, rings can still be resized for a minimal fee of $38, as long as they are within the recommended sizing range. At Benz & Co, our commitment to exceptional aftercare means we do not profit from repairs. Unlike most jewelers who charge $60 to $250 for resizing, we offer it at a minimal cost to ensure the best service and value for our customers.

Customers are responsible for return shipping after the 90-day period. We can provide a fully insured, signature-required FedEx 2-Day shipping label for $56 each way (within the U.S.). For international customers, return label costs vary by country.
