Shipping Details
Benz & Co Diamonds provides complimentary, fully insured shipping via FedEx or UPS Second Day Air within the United States and to 43 international countries. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Once your order is ready, your jewelry will be carefully packaged in our signature pink box and securely placed in a FedEx or UPS shipping box for discreet delivery.
You’ll receive an automatic email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Every package is fully insured until it arrives safely.
For added convenience, you may choose to have your order sent to a nearby FedEx facility for pickup, which can be selected at checkout.

If you prefer overnight delivery or expedited shipping, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In-store pickup is also available for any item purchased online or in person.

If you’d like to ship to an address different from the billing address on your credit card — such as your work address — that’s absolutely fine. Just make sure the alternate address is on file with your credit card company to help prevent any delays due to fraud protection.

Military Shipping
Military personnel stationed overseas can have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge via USPS.

International Orders
We ship internationally via FedEx International Priority or UPS International Priority, fully insured and with a signature required upon delivery. Duties and taxes vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient

Lifetime Warranty

Benz & Co Diamonds proudly offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all bridal pieces, ensuring peace of mind for your cherished jewelry.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds, loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. However, it does not extend to issues resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also excluded from the warranty.

We offer complimentary resizing for all in-stock engagement rings to ensure the perfect fit. Resizing typically takes 1-5 business days.

Not sure of her ring size or need to adjust it? No problem! You can resize your ring once, free of charge, within 90 days of purchase.

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label to return the ring to us, and our team will promptly handle the resizing or return for you.

We offer a complimentary 30-day return policy with free return shipping via FedEx or UPS for all U.S. orders. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days—no questions asked and with no restocking fee. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll provide the insured return shipping label along with any required commercial invoices or customs documentation to make the process simple—only the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
